Gambling question!?

im doing a debate on teenage gambling. i am against it. i would reallly like to know what chemical gambling is. i know it can lead to overdose but i need to know what it is. also if there are any statistics on teenage gambling and you know the source of it i would be so appriciative of you. thanks!

I've never heard the term "chemical gambling" - but they could be referring to someone that uses drugs without the consult of a physician? Meaning that it's possible to die, therefore you're gambling with your life?

The only other way I've heard those terms in combination before is when someone is talking about the "high" one gets from gambling, with the chemicals being adrenaline or dopamine.

Gambling addiction is not an actual chemical but does cause a minority of peope to become severely addicted to the stage that they lose everything waiting for that big win... At worst its a horrible condition...

Luckily however for the majority of us gambling is entertaining and as long as you spend within your means and have a good time with friends it's a worthwhile experience...

However it's clear to see that teenages are banned from gambling for a reason and that is so that when they reach the legal age they can then choose to gamble and fully understand what gambling is, the risks and what to do if it gets too much...
