Gas burners won't light.

I took my gas cooktop apart for cleaning and now the burners won't light. They are making the clicking noise so I know it's functioning but I'm not sure how to get it to light again.

  1. make sure all the burners and caps are put back in the right position make sure there is no cleaner residue on the ignite. make sure there is no cleaner left in the holes where the gas comes out. If these are all ok look closely at the igniters you may have cracked one while cleaning and it may need to be replaced.

  2. You probably introduced air into the lines.   Let the line flow for about 10 to 20 seconds.  Then try lighting it.

  3. U plugged up the starter holes on the burners. get a safety pin  and ream  them out.

  4. THe igniter might be clicking and still not work. Try lighting the stove with a match. If it lights, it's probably a bad igniter module.
