Gauze in wisdom teeth?

yesterday i got my wisdom teeth removed. they gave me some extra gauze to replace the old stuff when it needed to be. i never removed it yesterday and when i went to do it this morning i cant find them? did i swallow them you think? or did they just heal right over the gauze?

you probobly swallowed it or spit them on your pillow.  while both options are very gross neither will cause you harm.  They definately did not heal over the gauze lol

for real? you wouldn't have healed this quickly, so sounds like you either swallowed them or they're floating around wherever you slept last night.  

remember to gently rinse with warm salt water to help the sores heal more quickly
