Gee you cant even get

Gee you cant even get help without paying for it. So if I ask for your help I get charged one time or what? All I want is to get to my e-mail. My computer was down for about 3 weeks. I just checked last night to see if it was still down. I got on and checked my e-mail. I signed out and now today I cant get on Yahoo e-mail. Are you for Yahoo or can I contact Yahoo for this problem.
