Gene Simmons Family Jewels Scripted?

Question

I know the show is scripted to some extent, especially the last episode with the Carlton Football Club. I noticed that they ask Branden Favela to join the team at the end of the episode but if you google him, he's been playing on Carlton since 1999, far before he ever met Gene. And there is nothing in any official documents of the Carlton Football Club of Gene Simmons having any part in them. But do you think that they're stretching it just a little too far, even if its just for entertainment?

What I want to know... why is Gene always pouting?

I enjoy the show but it`s totally scripted now.  Especially when Gene gets lost or Nick`s car gets towed.  There`s a cameraman there all the time so they could use his phone or get a lift etc.
