what problems does an LEDC(less economicaly developed country) have carrying out a census?

that if its less developed people may die during the cencors or just after making it hard to count peoples.

main problem is to have a census people must register themselves to qualify

in these such countries then the people do not have the money to travel to do this.

in the likes of india many people live literally under cardboard at the side of the road and survive by going into the jungle and picking wild fruit to sell for a few rupees. no find, no eat!

They don't have the educated people to instigate the census , the existing statistics dept. is non existant , the cost of producing the census is too high the mail is non existant the people are illiterate . Some / many may not have addreses to locate . can you build off that . there is no birth certificates , no established administration , it is very much start from scratch .
