Gerbils eating apple sauce?

Question

i was wonder if gerbils can have apple sauce because on day i was eating apple sauce and when i finished i didn't release i had apple sauce on my finger and i put my finder in my gerbils cage and they started l*****g my figure so is this okay??

Gerbils enjoy eating apples so yes I suppose Gerbils could have apple sauce (in moderation)

it's ok just not to much or gerbils will not eat thier food and will get runny and green p**p

Yes, I believe applesauce is fine for gerbils! But, not too much of it because they can get runny p**p or diarrhea! We don't want that happening, do we? ;)
