get out of the group your in

Here is how you can unsubscribe from a Yahoo Group:

1.Try to unsubscribe through:

2. If this doesn't work out, send an e-mail to the group owner telling him/her to stop mailing you. ([e-mail])

If these still didn't work for you try the following options:

3. Block the address(es) or arrange your preferences so that they are sent to your bulk/spam folder.

To leave a group that you are a member of you can go to the group homepage and click on the button in the upper right hand corner that says, "Leave This Group" or by sending an e-mail to the group's unsubscribe address that will look something like this: [e-mail]

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column Leave Group, check the small box - click save changes

Just go to the site click on edit membership along the top, scroll down and click on leave group. That should do it.
