how can i get into shape for highschool football

  1. Work out.  Lift weights, run, do calisthenics.  Just don't think that playing Madden will help you in any way!


  2. get endurance,  doesn't matter what position you need,  

    run around the field once or twice, man makers,

    small exersises like bunny hops will increase your thigh strength in no time,

  3. What position are you playing.  Strength training will depend on position.

    Regardless endurance will be needed.  Try some suicide sprints.  Also job 200M, sprint 50M, repeat 4 times.  Get used to short burts, high intensity.

  4. there r alot of good books to read about that,what r u playin or want to play,qb,wr,on the line? if ur gonna be at a speed pos i would suggest man makers and suicides,that will get ur legs ready
