im 14 and i play basketball, im not out of shape or anything just what do you say i can do to get some more musel? detailed please, thanks

  1. Well do push-ups and sit-ups... you're 14 theres a possibilty u may stunt your growth doing weightlifting... or...if you're just looking to build mass, drink whey protein


  2. take vitamins run push ups pull ups and stretch try to build your stamina and dont smoke
