Getting On Broadway?

how do you hear about, find out where, or go to auditions??

Back Stage is one publication (print and online) that offers lots of audition information:

If you've never acted on Broadway, be sure to look at other audition opportunities.  You might have to start out on less prestigious stages and work your way up.

listen to the other poster that mentioned backstage.  keep in mind that most broadway auditions are equity only, which is the union of stage performers.  its very difficult to get into the union.  you need to start smaller with off broadway and regional auditions before you should really consider broadway.
