Getting a guitar soon; :D?

Question

My parents are going let me have guitar lessons soon and I'm really excited for that. But do you know any solid body electric guitar stores? I looked on guitarcenter.com and there's tons of that, but anywhere else? Thanks. :)

I started out with an acoustic and I think that it helps a lot because you can hear the tone better and it makes you a better player. and yeah lessons help too so that's a good idea.
