Getting a qualification?

i am starting a course in my local college next week. i am hoping to get qualified as a special needs assistant. i have been rearing my three kids for the last ten years. my youngest is starting school next week. anyone out there in a similar situation?

Well I'm a teacher and I have worked with special needs children for about 3 years. I'm not sure what your asking. What do you want to know?

Good luck with the course!! You will meet others in your position by joining the college social groups (mature students etc).  It will be great!  Enjoy!!

And to Birchall - that should be they're .... not there!!  Stop correcting other peoples spelling!! lol
