Girls only...please help !!!!?

Question

My left nipple started to sting and hurt last night. I looked at it this morning and it looked cracked. am i pregnant ?!?! or is this normal ?!?!

i'm only sixteen by the way....

Why would you think you're pregnant because your nipple cracked?

You can't ask a bunch of strangers if you're pregnant. Only you can answer that. For example, did you have unprotected s*x? Have you missed a period? Have you taken a pregnancy test?

I know that I shouldn't lecture you and tell you that you shouldn't be having s*x at 16 so I won't. Besides that, you are fine. It sounds like growing pains or it sounds like you are getting ready to start your period. If you are still concerned, and you haven't started your period within a week of when you are supposed to , then go to the dollar store and buy one of their dollar tests. They are very accurate. Good luck and stay away from the boys :)

You should go ask a doctor. Just because your nipple is crack doesn't mean that you are pregnant. You only become pregnant through s*x. That isn't normal.

You  might have a skin rash.  Try some cocoa butter or lotion to help with the pain.  

If it starts to look worse or you experience any other symptoms along with the pain see your doctor.

It's probably just a little skin irritation, but I would ask your doctor.  It's a good time to get familiar with doing your regular self breast exams, anyway.

It could simply be chapped/chafed/dry.  Moisturize it with lip balm.  I use Blistex ointment on mine when they get that way.  Sounds funny but it works like magic.  By the way, that's not an uncommon problem.  However, if you think you may be pregnant, take a home pregnancy test.

if you've had s*x, then there's always the chance of pregnancy

if not it's probably dry skin :)

Don't know... are you? Have you had unprotected s*x... a period.... tender b*****s.... period pain type feelings in your lower abdomen.... nausea....? Have you done a test? I've Had 2 children and my nipples only became cracked and leaked when I started breast feeding but it can happen before but I think usually only in the later stages.

GO to your GP and get it checked out hun, could be something far less pleasant than a baby.

Well if your 16 And its possible you could be pregnant.. WHY DIDNT YOU USE A CONDOM?!

Or Maybe Your a little silly and forgot that you need to have had s*x to be pregnant?
