Is it possible for your hymen to break from playing field hockey or softball. My hymen is broken and I don't wear tampons.

yes its possible. ive had friends, in dance class, they were doing a split and someone pushed them down too hard. she started bleeding from her v****a. she went to the dr and comes to find out her hymen broke.
