you can notice it up close

its not HORRIBLE but it feels really aqward

so please helpl!

Go ahead and wax. It will not grow back weird. I had the same problem, and the first thing I tried was bleaching. It did not work - you could still see the hairs. So then I tried using hair removal cream. It did the job, but it does damage the skin. So I started to wax. It does not make it grow back darker or thicker. They say that waxing in the same place may lead to the hair growing back thinner. The results from waxing will also last the longest. It isn't very painful either :]

hi u can wax but after some time it will start growing inside skin which looks green like guys so plzz took them out by threading it is convenient n will nt grow darker or thicker but u havta do threading after every 15 days,,,,  as am indian having black hairs on upper lips
