The evidence less snow in the usual places and more in less usual places in not just Canada or will be in other places as well as Canada. In other parts of the world in Baghdad for instance there was snow and according to the BBC News  this was the first time ever.

We have global cooling as Toronto where I am have the largest snowfall in the first two weeks of February than in all of recorded history and we have the coldest weather so far.
