Gmail problem - show original?

gmail - click show original

you can see the email is sent to whom.

In a email I received it says:

delved to [e-mail]

received by IP addres1

received by IP addres2

received by IP addres3

Does it mean 3 people received the email?

Without actually knowing anything about this detailed header, it probably means it passed through those gateways on the way to the GMail server.  If that's not the header it's SPAM and just delete it.
