Let me know if this product is a case that goes around my whole stereo or just a face plate?? It is for my boat! And is it any good?

I've never installed one, but they are pretty standard equipment on yachts. This means they are nice.

I believe it's primarily a face plate, with a shelf for the stereo to rest on.
