Going to CEDAR POINT!!! whoo-hoo?

Question

im going to cedar point this weekend and wanted to know how bad the lines were. also what was ur fave ride or MUST RIDE ride! lol thz so much!

btw- im going on Sunday and Monday.

Cedar Point is the best amusement park in America. The lines aren't that bad, but when they are, it's terrible.

MUST Rides:

The Mantis (stand-up steel rollercoaster)

Top Thrill Dragster (2nd tallest rollercoaster in the world)

Millenium Force (Almost as good as TTD)

Maverick

.......and just about all of the rest of the rollercoasters.

Tip: Ride Maverick the minute you get in the park because its lines are the longest. I didn't get to ride it when I was there because I didn't want to wait 3 hours! in line. I've heard that it is a great coaster though.

I've been to Cedar Point several times, though not this summer yet.  It has been my experience that the lines move fairly quickly compared to other parks I've been to.

All of the rides at CP are great!  My favorites are Millennium Force and Top Thrill Dragster.  I rode Maverick last summer & it was pretty nice, too.

My family and i went two years ago and the lines on most of the rides weren't terrible. There is one ride that basically catapults you to the highest point of the ride and the line on that one was about 1 1/2 hrs. Great place to go!!!!! They also have a water park within the amusement park. Have a great time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lines really aren't that bad for most rides. Only the Millenium Force and the Dragster have horrible lines. Like 3 hours I  heard. I really like the Magnum, You go through tunnels too. I went on the Magnum on a Saturday at like 7 PM, NO LINE. Yet its one of the most popular rides there. The lines all depend on timing. Go on the longer lined rides at night or some odd time. Then, when everything is packed, go on the smaller rides (not baby rides).

The wait times will vary, but most wait times will range around 45 minutes and longer.  The longest waits will be for the following rides:
