I'm going to Scotland (Fort William) this month (July) and have heard that Shoo! Midge repellent is one of the best to use. I can't seem to find anywhere to buy it though and was wondering if anyone knows where I could get it? I've tried Shoo's website http://www.travelwithcare.com/view.aspx sell it, but I can't find it there. I don't want to use anything with deet in it as deet worries me a bit lol! Too toxic me thinks! Otherwise I've heard Avon's Skin So Soft is meant to be good. I'd rather try Shoo! though if I can find it. Or Skin So Soft with Shoo! spray on top of it!

    Edit_

warning when using mosquito repellent, or any repellents.

never touch your phone, camera or anythink plastic when you have repellent on your hads, it will eat through the plastic or cause it to bubble up.

  2. You may not need it. Midgies dont go for some people and eat others alive. Its all about your skin, but you wont find out until you are there. And if you're here on the east coast youre fine
