  1. Don't worry about what to wear - just be clean and comfortable for te sake of your own confidence. Phone your local Womens Aid, who may be able to get someone to go to court with you, and will certainly be able to give you advice and support.

No 2 cases are the same, but you really shouldnt worry about it too much - the court system in the UK is transformed from where it was a few years ago.

Very best wishes, and good luck

  2. i would say wear the smartest thing you own and always be honest, never lie and also good luck.

who has residency of them at the moment?

Beware though there are alot of fathers on there who believe some mothers are contact blockers and they are quite mean to them,so just tread carefully and don't be offended if some twunt comes along and gives you earache, there will be someone who comes along and gives you good advice eventually.

    Good luck.

ps also even if you are not in the UK,say in your post that you are where ever you are and they'll help you also.
