there are many types of comerical food around to enhance the color and health of golfishes and bettas. like flake food or freez dried blood worms. i would try topfin goldfish flakes for goldishes and tetramin for tropical fishes for bettas.

nope but you can feed them live food for vitamins. For example brine shrimp which they sell in the pet shop. Also shrimp pellets helps goldfish stretch bigger. As far as the betta fish, it could eat tropical betta flakes or betta pellets.
