Goldfish not moving?

Question

I've got 11 goldfish and they seem to be sitting on the bottem of my fish tank and not moving alot could it be that i am over feeding them does any one know whats wrong with them.

There is nothing wrong with that My goldfish stay normally in one place you are not overfeeding them or there is something wrong with them.

How big is your tank?  11 goldfish are going to need an ENORMOUS tank.  If they're fancies, they'll need a 120 gallon tank at the very least, and if they're commons...there's practically no way to keep them in an aquarium.  A pond would be better.

Your fish are almost certainly suffering from bad water quality, and if you don't either re-home some of them or get a larger tank with MASSIVE filtration, chances are they'll all die.

11 comets/commons/feeder/carnival goldfish need 250 gallons minimum

Well...I would do everything I can do to see if there is any change in attitude. Like change the water, change the filter (if you have one of course), vacuum the gravel, check the ph levels to see if they're to high or to low or what not. Do all that and see if there's a change.

You probably feed them a lot make sure you leave them without eating for a day.
