  1. I'm a female 5'4" average weight.  I just bought a set of Taylormade R7 with Ladies flex graphite shaft.  Got it on ebay for $550.  Driver and woods, I have Pings with Ladies flex graphite shafts.  You should get "womens" or "ladies" flex graphite shafts.  If youre athletic or over 5' 6" in height, you may want to get "mens" or "senior" flex clubs.  They are an inch longer, but you can just grip down on the club.  I dont recommend starting out with steel shafts.

Callaway, Taylormade, Ping, Mizuno are brands you want to gravitate towards.  These companies spend tons on research and development to create better products.  I would not buy a cheap boxed set clubs at Target or Walmart.  They are of lower quality which may make it more difficult and less enjoyable to learn the game.  If money is an issue, get a name-brand used set.  You can find tons on Ebay, at golfstores, or websites.  Golf clubs are expensive but you can keep them for 10-15 years, or sell them later.

  2. I've seen a lot on nice women Taylor Made clubs but whatever brand you end up getting, I highly recommend getting fitted for clubs. Trust me, with fitted clubs you will shave at least 5 strokes each round. It may cost a little more, but if you are really looking to make a valiant effort you won't regret it. Hope this helps and good luck!

  3. i use nike slingshot 4d irons. they are easy to hit and are forgiving. although rather expensive they r worth it. try 3balls.com they sell lots of golf stuff at low prices

  4. It really is not about a brand....Its more about how well you hit the clubs themselves.  People all have different likes and dislikes. Its in how the club feels in your hands and your ability to hit them.....It is all about personal preference. You may get 10 - 15 answers here all with a different brand name...ultimately you have to be the one to choose what you like best.  Good luck and hit em straight =)

  5. well, it depends on your price range and your swing. since we don't have that info, i'll let ya know how i decided to get mine, i'm a sophomore in high school, a girl, have been golfing for 3 years, have a handicap of 10 and play in about 30 tournaments a year not including high school matches.  so i golf alot, lol.  i just got new clubs this year because my old clubs were nancy lopez clubs that were very flimzy.  so i tried many different clubs but in the end i went with the nike sumo squared irons.  they're pretty expensive and my parents made me pay for half of them and i will be using them through college, so it was really worth the money.  you'll also want to consider whether you want graphite or steel shafts.  i had graphite but switched to steel when i got my new clubs.  if u hit ur drive under 220 yards, i would probably go with graphite. but if u hit ur clubs farther go with steel. i have a very fast swing and hit my drive about 250-260 so i needed steel.  it just depends.  my advice would be to go to a driving range that is also a store and get fitted for clubs. it will probably be $40 but they will evaluate your swing and have u try many different clubs and help you pick the correct clubs. hope i helped :)

  6. It depends on how good you are, if your a beginner try Callaway or Taylor-made, if your good go with Ping or Titleist. Go to Golfsmith, they will test your swing and fit the clubs to your swing. Good luck

  7. oh i'm looking for some too....but ummmmm i like callaway, and acura.....

  8. The only brands I would suggest to look at would be Nike, TaylorMade, Titleist and Adams. I have the old Nike Sling Shots and they are a very forgiving club. I play off 2.6 and have had the set of irons for about five years. Good Luck.

    Have a good one...

  9. A set of adams, they make really good "forgiving" clubs, putter through to driver. They make extremly good ladies and senior clubs/full sets.

  10. New Inferno PETITE Complete Lady Golf Club Set with Stand Bag

The package arrived on schedule, and in good condition. My daughter was very excited to get a set with so many clubs, and a bag with legs (she is graduating from her starter set (1 wood, 2 irons, putter).

The club heads/shafts/grips appear to be of decent quality, and should provide a consistent base to learn. The grips are not too skinny or hard, and will provide good feel, without having to hold too firmly.

  12. try a set from Callaway Golf. they have a large selection that should comply with your wishes. I'm not sure if you swing it pretty fast(90-80 mph) or slower. My best bet is to go to a golf shop and ask to be fitted. They will analyze your swing speed, angle, loft, and they will set you up with clubs that will fit you. And don't be scared to ask a worker at a golf shop if they can fit you. They love having your business
