i am 6'5" and the height of my wrist is 39" so how long should mt clubs be

standard mens clubs are good for you. if you decide to lengthen your clubs only do so by 1/2 inch

With your height and floor to wrist measurement club length may not be your only concern.  When you get measured make sure they check your lie angle as well.

Go by a pro shop or club repair shop and they will be able to measure you for length and club lie. Lie is more important than length.
