Golf club question??!!?

ok im about 5 foot 4 inches tall. all i need to know is how long my golf clubs should be in inches

golf clubs come in one size for men.

or you could get a youth set.

but you should just buy a mens set cause i have a friend about that height a he swings mens clubs.

also you will grow into them.

Wow shortie....um golf clubs generally come in standard size/weight. Due to your smaller nature- i would reccomend a set of womens clubs due to the smaller size. Although those clubs may be too light for you. There are various modifications that can be made to a heavier men or senior men's club to fit your smaller stature. I would reccomend visiting a specialty golf store and get the guys there to fit you.

Some companies (like Ping) make a different length in club.

A simple solution however is to go to any golf store get a proper fitting (using regular mens club) and have the club cut down (the shaft cut down) and if need be change the degree of the head.

I would not recommend going into a youth or a women's club.  Mainly because you may not be the tallest but you probably do have a more stronger swing than a woman or youth.  The shaft in those clubs would feel like your swinging a pool noodle and you'd be spraying the ball all over the place.

One thing to consider however, is that when you cut down a shaft you are changing the feeling in the shaft. So you may want to order a senior mens shaft and cut it down which will give you the feel of a regular mens shaft.  This of course is dependent of how much you cut it down.

You can all just play with a regular mens length and do not have to chock up on the club.  You would have to adjust your swing so you don't come over the top of the ball but it will add some distance to your game.
