Golfcart safety?

ohh...my mom wants to drive up to wallgreens and its about 1mile will we need a car seat for my 2 year old sister..is it a law...if she doesnt sit in a car seat will we get a ticket...we are driveing in a golf cart

The police look at a golf cart as a motorized vehicle.If this cart is not set up for a child safety seat the answer is yes you could get a ticket.Same rules apply for driving a golf cart while drinking can get you a ticket for OMVI.For the safety of your sister I would fine another way.Why take the chance?Best of luck.
