I am a Sophomore football player, 6ft 4in, 224lbs and have just started Two-a-days for this year. I was wondering if somebody could help me, and tell what has worked best for them. I am trying to find something that wont hurt my stomach but will also keep me through 6 hours of practice.

Thanks in advance

  1. In college for team breakfast they gave us spaghetti and grilled chicken.  It sounds odd to have at breakfast but it works well.  Youll get ample carbs and a good amount of protein to get you through your doubles.

  2. protein drinks, and energy bars

  3. Steak and Eggs

  4. i'm the same size as you and play football also. 3 or 4 eggs, style doesnt matter. protein shakes, lots of milk, but none less than an hour before practice. omelettes are also good choices, as they provide some of everything. good luck this season!

  5. Boiled Eggs and Fish.

  6. weaties
