Good Colleges for Public Speaking

I want to get into Public Speaking, Political Science, or law. What are some good colleges for these things?

Any big college will have a degree in political science (I recommend UC Berkeley). Another good choice is occidental college in the LA area.

Any ABA Law school will adequately prepare you for public speaking.

The only one of those that's actually a major in political science.  You need a 4-year college degree to apply to law school, which is another 3 years of college.  And public speaking is just a course or two.
