Good Electric Shaver?

Question

What is a good electronic shaver that I can use? I need a safe one that isn't going to cut me, because my skin is very sensitive and it will cut easily. Also, I need one that isn't gonna make my skin all dry. Please help me out if you know of a good brand. Thx.
