Itunes, AOL/XM & I also listen HD radio stations online.  Just like Internet radio

I use http://www.ultimateradio.co.nr the U-Radio toolbar has a lot of radio stations. Locals too.

And if you know a Romance language or two, I've found some just fantastic stuff from various countries worldwide on this (Portuguese language) Brazilian website - it's a listing of every terrestrial station in the world with an online stream!:
