I've been playing basketball for about 4 years, mostly for fun, but I practice a lot afterschool and such. I am thinking of trying out this winter for my school's team, b/c a lot of my friends say I'm pretty good. What is a good b-ball workout I can do by myself that would improve my skills - mostly jump shooting.
Notes: I've never played organized b-ball (like in a league), I'm about 5'9", want to play PG.
