so i can lose weight.

but i'm a vegetarian so yeah lol.

  1. Eat less, exercise more. That being said, consider giving up refined grains and sugars for awhile. Also, drink a ton more water.

    these are vegetables... and these are the nutrients that comes with them...

    along with fruits.. nuts.. and beans.

  3. Eat healthy and exercise.

    People always try to complicate things about losing weight. Just eat and do what you know is healthy. That's all.

  4. Have fruit in the morning. Have a glass of soymilk with every meal. Eat lots of veggies,replace chips with stuff like roasted almonds. Eat veggie meats if you like them. Take a b12 supplement if the soymilk isn't fortified with it.  

  5. after everything you eat wash it down with hot water
