Good hotel in Hamilton, Ontario?

I´m looking for a good and not to expensive hotel/motel in Hamilton, ontario, near McMaster University.

It would be nice if it´s in the $ 60 - 80 CAD price range (per night).

The Visitors Inn is fairly close to McMaster, but I'm not sure what their daily rates are. It's on Main St. right at the corner of Highway 403. http://www.visitorsinn.com/

The Mountain View Motel is also close to McMaster, on Main St. west of the campus. It's pretty cheap, but kind of ghetto. TripAdvisor reviews were not favourable. http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-...
