Good motercycle for under 2000?

im 17 and its hard getting to work so i was looking about getting a motorcycle just for the time being but im not very experienced with choosing motorcycles so could sumone give me any suggestions where i might be able to find one or what type i shud buy i live in ontario canada

a used kawasaki ninja 250.

i got a used 2002 one on ebay for 1200.

For 2 grand, I suggest you buy used.  There are no streetable motorcycles, priced for under $2000.  (A few chinese scooters, but motorcycles, no.)

As for what type or which one?  You usually have to take buyer's luck on used transportation.

Take your 2000 and go to a United Motors Motorcycle store. You should be able to put that down, and get a very low monthly payment.

You will need to bring a parent, you  may need a co-signer.

Take you first step to being an adult.

Have you taken the motorcycle safety course yet?

If not, that's a better way to spend your money.

A 250cc is about $3500, so you will have over half of it paid off.
