Good not so pricey eyeliner??

Question

Hey well i need a good eyeliner and i live in the USA in southern california (just if its needed :) and i need a good eyeliner that won't smear, and would stay on for almost the whole day. If anybody knows any good eyeliner, would you please let me know and that could be found like in Wallmart, Walgreen's, Target, etc.

well if you want it to stay all day

get a liquid eyeliner

Ultra Liner - Maybelline

works really goodd

but just remember to not get it in your eyeball lol

i've been using covergirl perfect point plus in black for a few years now...it goes on really well and you can find it just about anywhere (walmart, target, those kinds of places). It also comes in a few other basic colors like brown midnight blue and charcoal.

it depends wat eyeliner.

pencil i use a kohl pencil from walgreens.

i use maybelliene liquid waterproof eyeliner from walgreens as well.

well i can WARN You to NEVER buy NYC makeup or Revalon (sold @ walgreens and target) but go to Claires or Icing accesories and they have prtty cheap eyeliner that works well.

Try Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner, as well as Maybelline Define A Line. Both of those last a long time and don't smear.

My daughter and I use Arissa. It goes on soft and stays almost all day. It works real well (for the cheap stuff).
