Good online art communities?

Someone tell me some good online art communities?

Anything except for deviantart or sheezyart.

The best communities have got to be ones that you have to be invited into or accepted into.  This is because most online communities are flooded with trite c**p. Sorry to be harsh, but just try doing a search for any genre in photobucket for an extreme example.  This is because when EVERYONE shows their stuff, nothing stands out as excellent.

You might need to start your own by creating a blog, posting your stuff and inviting other people and keeping a close watch on the quality of the posts.
