Ok I'm depending on an answer for when I get back from doing my workout........ please....ok.... whats a good post workout carb source?I'm thinking either 2 whole wheat pita breads( 31 carbs) , banana(31 carbs), a green apple (22 carbs) blueberries ( like 30 carbs) 2 no sugar oatmeals(38 carbs)?what do you think?or do you have any other reccomendations....Im taking this alone with a protein shakethanks
