Good quality international phone calls?

I have to conduct some interviews over the phone with people in Singapore. Can anyone recommend a method to call them that is relatively cheap but still of good quality.

Has anyone used phone cards to call internationally? Are they good quality reception?

In the past, I have used Savacall http://www.savacall.com/

But now I use (and recommend) VoIP methods, such as Skype or Vonage. If it's for one specific call, savacall or skype will be your best bet.

I use Optimum World call, But for conference calls I might wanna use Skype with a nice Speaker/video phone.   It works really well.   http://www.skype.com
