Good running exercises?

Does anyone know anyone good running exercises? I mean like ones that I could do in my house, without lots of equipment.

More specifically, some good exercises for the quads?

House running or my wife likes to call it"kids  misplacement rearranging"is a very healthy and under appreaciated activity.But any form of running is "and look this up"is no good for your hips,shins,ankles or toes.It`s a form of punishment you`ll look back on.Just do your choirs faster,set a time limit.But make sure you don`t sacrafice your back for your quads.Try this long term(everytime you pick something up off the floor,bend and do it again just once,you`ll be suprised at the end of the day if you counted them ,and we pay for gyms?.don`t forget your back.Take it easy and still get a better workout, plus less stress on the framework while bike riding and swimming cause less stress if you think about it .Who wants to follow a crowd of pensioner motor bikes.God love em.And i don`t mean Harleys.lol.Wish you well
