Question:

Good snacks for dieting?

I'm currently trying to "change my eating habits" and was wondering about good snack foods that will keep me satisfied but won't throw me off. I'm already on the veggies/ fruits/ and nuts track, but I was wondering if anyone knew any healthy alternatives. Thanx!

  1. i really like the 100 calorie packs they come in everything. also try the yoplait lite yogurt it really good and comes in alot of flavors.


  2. i think that fruits and veggies is the best you can get for a snack. but if you want something for a once in a while then hae a 100 calorie pack or granola bars!

  3. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. lo-fat cottage cheese is also good

  4. eat snack when hungry only. stick to 3 square meals. I dont recommend snacks. considered good snacks: pears, bananas, carrots, celery and cucumbers. Not only are they fat-free, but full of fiber which is good for your health.(always drink lots of water)
