  1. I've always sent in pretzels, trail mix, animal crackers or even string cheese, which I sent in a little cooler.

I've seen cupcakes and cookies be sent in but who would want to deal with that class when the sugar rush sets in.

    Good luck.

  2. pretzels are a good one

    graham crackers

    goldfish crackers

    small boxes of raisins

  3. If its a special snack, like for a birthday or a shining star day (where your kid is the center of attention) I make frozen chocolate dipped banana pops. They always get a good reaction from the teachers (who want healthy snacks) and the kids who dont realize they are eating anything but something on a stick.

Also, fruit Juice shapes are great. Mix fruit juice and gelatine and cool in in a long pan, then use a cookie cutter to cut out neat shapes.

  4. cheese sticks you can buy a big bag or two and send in the required amout for the class. cracker and cheese packs you know the ones with the little tub of srpeadable cheese and the little red stick.

  5. Most kids at kindergarten love sugary snacks.

Try pudding, gelo, small packet of chips, apple and orange slices, crackers, baby carrots, bannanas, muffinds, pretzels, cup of yougert, rasins, plain popcorn, Rice Krispies, sometimes candy, grapes, donuts, slice of pie, gingerbread man, and applesauce.

    Hope this helps =).

  6. Chex Mix

    Saltine Crackers

    Chicken in a biscuit crackers

    Peanut Butter with chocolate chips

    goldfish

  7. Grahm crackers, cheddar cheese and whole wheat crackers, apple sauce cups, yogurt cups, finger sandwiches on whole wheat.

  8. cheddar goldfish or whales.

    teddy grahams

    nutri-grain fruit or cereal bars

    Yo-gos (yogurt covered fruit gummies)

    gummy fruit snacks

  9. Does it have to be prepackaged or can you make it yourself?

Granola mixes.... trail mix... pretzel snack mixes are good... dried fruit, nuts, raisins, sunflower seeds etc...it's all natural stuff.  Ants on a log (not to insult anyone intelligence, but it seems like a lost thing...celery with peanut butter and raisins on top)   I make my own chocolate covered pretzels that kids love... popcorn balls... taffey apples...

  10. i am a fan of sending in cereal with my 5 year old frootloops, honey nut cheerios, chex, kix anything they can pick up with their fingers
