Good websites for kids

I was wondering if there was any good websites say around ages 11 or so?

Just do a google search, there are a ton of websites out there for children of almost any age. If a child is even remotely knows how to use the computer, then there are websites for them.

I have heard that zoo.com is a safe and easy website to use. Then they can search for games if they want... I have also heard about webkins... or weblinks or something like that... they are stuffed animals that you can go to their website and they have little communities that you can do all kinds of things in... look at walmart for these and also JCPennys here sale them.
