Goodmans camcorder help?

Question

i have a three megapixel digit\l still and digital video camera.

i wwas wondering how i can restart the whole thing completely like scrubbing EVERYTHING on it that was recorded? dont tell me just to delete each thing on the option menu! is there a restart button or something?

Is it the 'Goodmans G-SHOT3003CC'

You can just 'Format' the SD Card

Go into 'Menu Mode'  , Go to Setup Mode (Spanner Icon) and choose Format

Make sure you've got all the Movies and Photos you need, as once you Format the card there gone

Can't Delete or Format............

Make sure the 'write-protect' tab on the SD Card is unlocked
