Google ads under construction

i just made a website about basketball called nbaandmore.com. i am planning on putting a lot of information on it but update it daily. i tried to get goodgle ads and they said my site was under construction. i agree with them but i want to get google ads and still update my website daily. how do i make it where my site will be finished but i can still update it will news about the nba.

Google will accept you but not until you are all finished. Don't forget to put a link to Yahoo Answers on your site. /
