Gordon Ramsay Question?

I watched h**l kitchen and Gordon talks about all his other restaurants. My question is Has anyone ever eaten there? and if yes How much did it cost?

He is opening one in Melbourne (Australia) and I'm planning to go ... after seeing his show, I hope it lives up to the hype.

But I bet it will be pricey ... the prices he talks about on the show are NOT cheap!

I have eaten in a number of his restaurants.

Claridges - Excellent food and exquiste service, the pork belly I had from the tasting menu was exceptional. Bill was £250 for 2 including wine and tip.

Boxwood Cafe - Connaught Hotel. A simpler and cheaper menu but still expensive. I had the veal/foie gras burger which was worth every penny.

Gordon Ramsay at the London Hotel - New York

My favourite ramsay, it was quite new at the time and again the food was fantastic the staff were brilliant and the whole experience was well worth it. Bill was around $500 for 2 including wine.

Yes it is alot of money but you get an experience you will never forget. I would recommend everyone to experience food of this quality at least once. The problem is you try once and nothing else is good enough.

he had restaurants in london which were at the very top end of the market but I never ate there as the bookings had to be like months in advance and who wants to be that organised, especially in a city that has so many other options
