Got Fried In A Tanning Bed.

Question

I went to the tanning beds yesterday and the lady left me in there too long. I said I only wanted 5 minutes and she left me in there for at least 45 minutes before I awoke and turned the bed off myself. I am burned to a crisp, my skin is peeling and last night my mom used some of my skin to bread the fried chicken we had for supper. I want to sue this salon, do I have a case??

SUE THE MOTHERF*CKERS! If someone forgot me in the tanning bed I would stab them ;@ Well that´s just my opinion...I mean if they were just gonna forget you they could have told you that from the beggining ^^

No, you don't have a case. No one forced you into the tanning bed and it's your responsibility, as much as hers, to determine how long you remain inside the bed.

Go to a doctor for your burns.

For that long, you may want to head to Doc. That could be up to a 3rd degree burn. Drink tons of water because your skin is gonna go nuts to repair! Keep it hydrated with extra moisturizing, non scented or non dyed lotions. Sunburn healing sprays, gels and creams might help with the pain. Don't know much about legalities, but if she just forgot about you, that sounds like you have a pretty good case. Take pics to make sure you have proof.
