Yes- don't capitalize the "We"

Also- there is too much praise for this person- "full confidence, diligent, excellent. Thats too much in one sentence.

Maybe you could leave out- "full, a diligent, excellent.

You don't want to over-do his abilities.

Perfect. Just make "we recommend" a small "w" instead of a capitalized one. And don't say "the excellent knowledge" - just "excellent knowledge."

Do not say "with the excellent knowledge" - it should be "with excellent knowledge" (take out "the")
