Grand Bahama Island... tell me anything!?

Question

My husband and I are going for our one year wedding anniversary (and our 7 year 'been together' anniversary!) and we want to make sure we don't miss anything. We are huge nature lovers. We're staying at the Island Seas Resort in Freeport. We're especially interested in snorkeling and such. As well as fine dining and of course, we'll have to hit up the casino!
